The ultimate goal of the Major Projects Coordinator is to provide our clients with a problem-free order process and the best possible installation. Careful review of the plans & specifications with the designers and client ensures a clear understanding of the client's needs and how CBI is meeting those requirements. Regularly visiting the site allows the MPC to see the progress of new construction or renovation so the furnishings can arrive at the appropriate time for installation. By carefully tracking shipments from vendors and coordinating with contractors, architects and/or customer contacts, the MPC brings all the necessary elements together, allowing for the least number of interruptions and the best possible installation time.
